'System of Care - School Based Services from Su Co Mental Health

South Haven USD 509 is one of five schools in Sumner County that are expanding services for SED children through the Systems of Care grant. This grant, which was awarded in 2016, will enrich the services provided by Sumner Mental Health. An on-site therapist and case managers will be added to South Haven schools in an effort to provide a more supportive environment for the children we serve. Sumner Mental Health Center and USD 509 are excited to continue to collaborate to provide school-based mental health services. A brochure telling more about the services offered and eligibility of students can be found here.
